360° Feedback · Assess

The Saudi Standard for 360° Feedback.

A single round of 360-degree feedback, turned into four purpose-built reports — so the Executive, HR, the line Manager, and the Individual assessed each get exactly the view they need to make decisions.

The model

From perception gaps to development action.

Self-perception is the signal; the gap against how others experience you is the diagnosis. Every rating flows through three layers — the multi-rater signal, the perception-gap engine, and the development decisions that close each cycle. The full competency and indicator architecture is proprietary, shared in engagement.

Reports

Same data. Four lenses.

Each output is shaped around the decision its reader has to make — an executive cohort view for the board, a calibration toolkit for HR, a private development report for every participant, and a team overview for line managers.

Safeguards

Confidentiality by design. PDPL compliant.

Enterprise 360° feedback requires absolute trust. We apply strict mathematical aggregation and data sovereignty rules to ensure participation remains completely anonymous.
